Poderaccio

On a hill overlooking the beautiful mountains of Vallombrosa, the slopes of Chianti, just half an hour from Florence, the farm Poderaccio you can easily see the deer grazing the fields around the house, the Jay fly between the olive trees and dusk Cross the Wild boar and hedgehog between the rows of the vineyard.

The Guest house is located in the middle of the farm. It is a farmhouse of the 700 restructured recovering the original architectural details, reusing in a creative way the materials of the demolitions and using products of green building and local chain. The décor is essential with family furniture or found in the antique markets of the area according to the style and tradition of Tuscany.

At the Poderaccio we heat with wood, the sun gives us the hot water and the energy necessary to the needs of the house. We have obtained the certification of Bio-ecological farms and our products are all certified organic by the ICEA control body.

From the old farmhouse have been obtained 4 apartments each with independent entrance, cooking area and Internet connection.
